About the Sisterhood

Chi Beta Delta prides itself on giving back to our community. Our main mission is to give back to our university and Austin community while providing long-lasting sisterhood through service.

Each year, all active and associate members are required at least a total of 60 hours of dedication towards community service, devoting at least 30 hours per semester. Each month of the year, our Chief Service Officer plans a service event for our chapter to promote unity and sisterhood as we contribute positivity throughout our local Austin community. While the main focus of Chi Beta Delta is community service, we also make time for other fun activities! We’re always having some type of sisterhood or social event, which serves as a great way for us to take a break from all the stress that comes with being a college student.

One of the best parts of being in this sorority is knowing that we have dozens of sisters who are just a phone call or text away. Whether we need a study buddy, fro-yo date, or some company a sister will always be there!

Our two main popular events that Chi Beta hosts is our formal that occurs every fall semester and our boat party in the spring. Outside of our events, we frequently have mixers and profit shares with fraternities and spirit groups on campus.
